Launching Acvian in sunny Florida (US) in 2020, in the midst of the global pandemic, was a response to a rapid digital-driven reformation of the work environment and skyrocketing demand for international employment solutions. Crisis times nurture opportunities: with the EOR market gaining relevance for companies that pursued broader talent pools and optimized costs, there was a niche for a reliable provider with in-depth local expertise and customer-first approach.
Acvian brought together a group of professionals with backgrounds in human resources, labor law, management, investment and finance, service delivery, and IT. From day one, we’ve rejected practices that turn EOR service into a ‘production line’ with call-center style communication and daily disappointing interactions behind the flashy marketing facade.
